Availability Calendar - La Cigale  Availability Calendar - La Cigogne

The following describes the rental rates for La Cigale, La Cigogne and the rental payment policy.

Rentals are made on a first come first serve basis and once a deposit is received the period of time that you have requested belongs to you and will be reflected in the availability calendar.

RENTAL RATES:

La Cigale:

As listed previously in the website the basic rental rate for two adults is $2000.00 US per week. This amount can be pro-rated for longer or shorter rental periods. Minimal stays are 5 nights. The amount for two adult couples would be $2500.00 per week and again would be pro-rated for longer of shorter stays.

Special family rates are available. Thus when mom and dad are paying the whole amount, the rate is $2250.00 US per week, which again can be pro-rated f or longer or shorter stays.

We do have special rates for stays of a month or longer.

La Cigogne:

The rental rates for La Cigogne begin at $1750.00 US per week for a couple. The family rate is $2000.00 US. The rate for 2 adult couples is $2250.00 US per week. Rates can be pro-rated for longer and shorter stays. Minimal stays are 4 nights.

We do have special rates for stays of a month or longer.

PAYMENT POLICY:

To reserve a period of time at La Cigale or La Cigogne a deposit of one third or $500.00 US ,whichever is less, is required. At that time the period of time that you have requested belongs to you and that time period will appear on the availability calendar as RESERVED.

The second payment will be due 6 weeks prior to your stay in Paris and is 1/2 of the remaining amount.

The final payment of is required 2 weeks to your arrival at La Cigale and should be the remaining amount of the total.

All payments are totally refundable without question up until the six weeks prior to your reserved dates, after that period the amount paid is nonrefundable except in cases of emergency.

We accept personal checks, and will e-mail you each time a payment is received. This will be your receipt as will as your cancelled check.

Once we have received confirmation that you are requesting a specific rental period, we will notify you by e-mail, post, or telephone, to whom the check should be made out, and the mailing address.
